At Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home, we want to make sure you are well-informed about the different types of burial services we offer.

We want to provide some information on our burial options so you get an idea of what might be right for you or your loved one before you even come talk with us.

TRADITIONAL 2-DAY CHURCH/CHAPEL FUNERAL

WITH GRAVESIDE COMMITTAL

  • 24-hour services of funeral directors and staff to help you and your family; planning and directing the funeral and disposition; overhead; coordinating with the cemetery.
  • Administrative staff to file paperwork, permits, and required legal documents.
  • Removal from the place of death within a 25-mile radius for all of the DFW area, bathing, embalming, and other sanitation and care of the deceased.
  • Dressing, casketing, cosmetics, and arranging the stateroom.
  • Use of our facilities and greeting staff for viewing/visitation – 1 evening or day before the service.
  • Use of Church or Chapel for the funeral service; or staff and equipment for a service held at your church.
  • Funeral coach within a 25-mile radius of the DFW area.
  • One Basic Register Book/ folders.
  • Handling flowers, flower vehicle, assisting the family at the visitation, and the service.
  • Includes Bradford 20-gauge steel non-sealer casket in a choice of eight different colors.

GREEN BURIAL, NATURAL BURIAL, DIRECT BURIAL

WITHOUT ANY FUNERAL SERVICES

  • 24-hour services of funeral directors and staff to help you and your family; planning and directing the disposition; overhead; coordinating with the cemetery.
  • Administrative staff to file paperwork, permits, and required legal documents.
  • Removal from the place of death within a 25-mile radius of the DFW area and care of the deceased.
  • Shroud
  • Casketing of the deceased.
  • Funeral coach within a 25-mile radius of the DFW Metroplex.
  • Minimum wood/corrugated fiber board casket for burial.
  • No viewing of the deceased or witnessing of the burial

All Packages are for regular business hours, M-F 8a -4p.
