Tammy Lynn Carroll passed away peacefully on January 9, 2020 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born January 2, 1977 in Fort Worth, Texas to Cynthia Clark and Albert Salazar Jr. She married her spouse, Frank Carroll Sr. in February of 2006 who preceded her in death in 2014.

Tammy started motherhood at the young age of 17 and by the age of 23, she had 5 children. She made her children her priority and ensured they didn’t go without. Tammy’s fight against cancer increased soon as she became a Mimi. Tammy was such a supportive mom as she made all football games, cheerleading events, and military functions. She was also a mom of business and discipline as you never knew if your bedroom door was going to be missing with your TV locked up in the music room. She always wanted the best for her children and gave them her all up until her last breathe.

Tammy is lovingly remembered by her mother, Cynthia Clark; her father and wife, Albert and Lela Salazar; her son, and wife, Frank, and Valary Carroll; her daughter and husband, Francis and Jake Lucas; her daughter and husband, Brandi and Shane Reynolds; her son, Stevie Carroll; her son, Thomas Carroll; granddaughters, Haygen and Kyleigh; her brothers, sisters, other family members and friends.

Please join us for a celebration of life dinner on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 5 pm to 10 pm at the B.J. Clark Building at 601 SE Parkway, Azle, Tx. 76020. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 20, 2020 at 11 am at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park at 850 N Cardinal Road, Azle, Tx. 76020.
