Philip Anthony Brooks was born June 18, 1961, Philips passing leaves a void that cannot be filled. We know that his memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to all who knew him. He was born in Natchez, Mississippi and left this world on October 12, 2023, in Newark, Texas.
Philip had a passion for family, cooking, and the great outdoors. He worked many years for the school district, in transportation.

We are all grateful for the time we shared with him and the love he brought to our lives.
Philip leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

He was survived by his wife of 27 years, Elizabeth Brooks; his son, Philip Brooks II; his daughter, Adrianne Brooks, and granddaughter, Emery Brooks.

Proceeded in death by his grandson, Colt McAdams. Additionally, Philip leaves behind a large and loving list of siblings and family. 
A Celebration for life will be held at a later date.
