We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home
Mary Margaret Tyler, 84, entered her Heavenly home on May 17, 2022. She was born on September 4, 1937 in Fort Worth, Tx to Sidney and Florence Ramsey who passed away when she was a baby. Margaret was then adopted by her aunt and uncle, Mary and Dick Johnson. Margaret dedicated her life to raising her three boys, Edward, Randy, and Richard, all on her own. She worked many jobs in order to provide for them. Later in life, Margaret became very active in the Bible and Bread Ministries and Randy’s music Ministries. She never ceased to give a testimony as to what the Lord had done in her life. She never met a stranger; she could spend hours on end talking to anyone who needed a friend. Margaret enjoyed relaxing and found comfort working on puzzles and watching old cowboy movies with her loyal companion, Sammie, by her side. Although Margaret is absent from her earthly body, her spirit is flying high with the Lord.
Margaret is preceded in death by her biological parents as well as her adopted parents. She is also preceded in death by her beloved pet and loyal companion, Sammie, who’s ashes will be buried with her. She is survived by her sons, Edward Tyler and wife Sharon of Port Lavaca, Randy Tyler and wife Patricia of Fort Worth, and Richard Tyler and wife Sandra of Palacios; sisters Jean Queppet of Fort Worth and Mary Lou Oles of Detroit, Michigan; Grandchildren Celia Tyler, Melody Medina, Brooke Salazar, Dinah Tyler, Bryan Kurtz, Brandon Chism, and Tara Wright; and Great Grandchildren Dalton, Kendal, Adaline, Jocelyn, Miranda, Korbin, Cady, Brayden, Brayleigh, Darren, Dillon, Ella, Luke and Madi.
She will be deeply and lovingly missed by her family as well as extended family and friends who became family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, at Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Chapel beginning at 1:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM. Interment will be held at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park.
