Lonnie Howell left to be with the Lord on October 23, 2020.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home, followed by a Funeral Service beginning at 2:00 PM.

Lonnie Paul Howell passed away on October 23, 2020.

Lonnie was born on September 19, 1958 in San Diego, CA to Donald Paul Howell and Tommie Jean Hart. He was a very hard worker, spending many years as a tire man before beginning his 12 year career as a custodian for Lake Worth ISD.  Lonnie took great pride in his job and was very well respected by the entire district and students. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, reading about history, watching TV and cheering on his favorite team “Go Cowboys!”  

Lonnie spent his last couple months in Azle Manor Nursing home, the staff loved him and referred to him as a cool guy! He was very loved by everyone that knew him and will be greatly missed.

Lonnie is preceded in passing by his father, Paul Howell; Andy & Pearl Higginbotham; Paul and Clara Howell; and many aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his mother, Tommie Jean Hart; sisters, Tammie Cox (Virgil), Trina Howell; and Gina Shively (Scott); brother, Dean Conigliaro; nieces, Fallon Farmer, Cesslie Swan, Brie Hankins, and Julie Newman; great nieces, Ryllon, Skylee, Tenslee, Emerie, Alyssa, Cali and Taylor; great nephew, Holdyn; and a host of caring nurses and friends.
