Lonnie Neal Cook

1965 – 2023

Lonnie Neal Cook went to be with the Lord on February 17, 2023, in Springtown, Texas. He was born on January 12, 1965, to his parents, Lonnie Junior Cook and Claudette Lavon Hokit in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Lonnie was a wonderful man with a heart of gold. He spent countless hours riding his motorcycle, Sommer, and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Lonnie loved music, especially anything by Johnny Cash.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Junior Cook and Claudette Hokit.

Lonnie will be deeply and lovingly missed by his wife, Maria Cook; his children, Richard Daniel Cantu, Joshua David Cook, Jacob Alan Cook, Christopher Ryan Cook, Susan Davila, and Gregory Reyes; his siblings, Glenna Sue Wade, Dedmond Robert Glade, and Pamela Craig; along with other loving family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023, beginning at 1:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Chapel.
