Donald “Don” Wayne Bumgarner passed away peacefully on Friday February 21, 2020, surrounded by loved ones. Don was born on July 11, 1946 to his parents, Mildred and Gerald Bumgarner in the small farming town of Hays, Kansas. He spent his early years on the West Coast in Oregon and Washington, later returning to Kansas. Confirmed and Baptized at the age twelve at St. Rose Catholic Church in Kansas City.
