Debbie Sue Testerman Condor, a beacon of love and joy, passed away on March 22, 2024, in Azle, Texas, surrounded by her adoring family and friends. Born on March 3, 1962, to Jesse Albert Testerman and Lela Welch Testerman, Debbie's life journey was marked by an unwavering commitment to family, an infectious smile, and boundless happiness.

Growing up in Frederick Oklahoma, Debbie was nurtured in a large and loving family where she learned the true meaning of love and compassion. Family meant everything to Debbie, and she embraced this ethos throughout her life, becoming a pillar of support and love for those around her.

Debbie's culinary talents were renowned, and her kitchen was always filled with the aroma of her delicious cooking. Her chicken fried steak was legendary, a testament to her passion for nourishing her loved ones with homemade meals made with love.

As a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Debbie's devotion knew no bounds. She attended every event and milestone in her children's lives, her presence a source of unwavering support and encouragement. Her joy knew no bounds as she watched her family grow and thrive.

Throughout her life, Debbie's faith in God remained steadfast, providing her with strength and solace during life's trials. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from dancing to country music to spending cherished moments with loved ones.

Debbie's infectious smile and radiant happiness endeared her to everyone she met. She had a way of brightening the darkest of days with her warmth and positivity, and her genuine kindness touched the hearts of all who knew her.

An animal lover at heart, Debbie had a special bond with her dogs, finding comfort and companionship in their loyal presence. She was also immensely proud of her son's military career as an Army Ranger, boasting about his achievements with pride and admiration.

Debbie's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her memory will forever be cherished. She is survived by her son, Joe England; granddaughter, Jenna England; grandsons, Kobe Torres and Adrian Torres; and great grandson, Azylan Reed. Additionally, she leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends, all of whom were touched by her love and light.

She is reunited in eternal peace with her parents, daughter Shelli England, sister Jane Brown, sister Carolyn Edwards, and brothers Leeroy, Buddy, Rick, and Mark Testerman.

A celebration of Debbie's life will be held on Tuesday, March 26, with visitation starting at 1 PM, followed by the service at 2 PM, at Azleland Cemetery. Though she may be gone from our sight, Debbie's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in eternal peace, her memory a beacon of love and happiness for generations to come.
