Clifford Michael Herrell

Clifford Michael Herrell, 77, of Springtown passed away on November 3, 2020.

Visitation will be held on Friday evening, November 6, 2020, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Chapel.  The Funeral Service will be Saturday at 10:00 am at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Springtown Cemetery.

Clifford was born on January 6, 1943 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Clifford & Jesse Herrell.  He spent most of his life in Tennessee, but later moved to Texas. Clifford proudly served his country as a Marine before marrying his true love, Mary Ann in 1971.  Together, they had seven children who filled their lives with joy.  In his free time he enjoyed wood working and fishing. His heart overflowed with love when he gained the title as "Papa." He truly cherished the time he spent with his family.  Clifford will be remembered as a loving husband, father, papa, brother, son & uncle.

He reunites with his parents; son, Matthew  Herrell; sister, Sharon Starwalt; and son-in-law, Greg Hansen in heaven.

Clifford will be deeply & lovingly missed by his wife of 48 years, Mary Ann; children, Michele Cozine, Michael Herrell (Tracy), Melissa Hansen, Mark Herrell (Rebecca), Mandi Herrell, and Misty Herrell; grandchildren, Cate Cozine, Nick Cozine, Kayla Shelton, Blake Herrell, Elizabeth Hansen, Tanner Hansen, Everleigh Herrell, and Lillian Herrell; siblings, Nancy Lockwood (Bob), Elaine Armstrong (Jim), Houston Herrell (Ginger); and many nieces and nephews.
