Zechariah "Zak" Keith Schmidt, age 32, passed away on October 18, 2026. Born on October 29, 1993, Zak lived life at full throttle and filled every room he entered with laughter, warmth, and generosity.

Zak was a man who thrived on connection and adventure. Whether he was out on his motorcycle enjoying the freedom of the open road, working on cars, or building something with his hands, Zak took pride in everything he crafted and cared for. He was always a welcoming host and nothing brought him greater joy than firing up something good to eat, surrounding himself with friends, and sharing laughs late into the night.

Above all his passions, Zak's greatest pride and legacy are his two sons, Easton Keith and Dasan Wayne. His memory, humor, and hands-on spirit will live on through them every single day.

Zak is survived by his two beloved sons, Easton Keith Schmidt and Dasan Wayne Schmidt; his mother, Sandra "Sandy / Nanee" Loter; his Aunt Susie "Sissy" Massey; and a wide circle of lifelong friends who loved him deeply and will miss his generous, fun-loving spirit.

A celebration of Zak's life will be held on October 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM at St. Anne's Church in Lake Worth, TX. In lieu of formal traditions, we ask that you honor Zak's memory by riding safe, gathering with friends, sharing a great meal, and holding your loved ones close.
