Teresa Lynn DeNote "Nana" (72) of Azle passed on 10/21/18 surrounded by loving family. Nana was a mother to all who knew her.  She was also a loving grandmother, great grandmother, friend and teacher, Though saddened, the family is comforted in knowing Nan has rejoined her loving husband, Jim DeNote. Survivors include four children, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one brother, along with other loving family and friends.
