Taylor Rae Valenzuela was born on May 6, 1993, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and passed away on January 7, 2026, in Azle, Texas. Though her life was brief, she made a lasting impact on those who knew and loved her.
Taylor is survived by her parents, Melissa and John Valenzuela; her sons, Luca Valenzuela and Juan Pablo Alvarado III; her sister, Morgan Valenzuela; and many cousins, aunts, and friends who will cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Carolyn Triplett, and Juan and Aurora “Gody” Valenzuela; and her uncles, Galen Triplett, Troy Triplett, and John Gabriel Valenzuela.
Taylor cared deeply for her family and valued time spent together, whether through gatherings, shared meals, or quiet moments. She enjoyed cooking and took pride in bringing people together through food. Music was also important to her, and she especially loved the work of Billie Eilish, whose songs resonated with her and brought her comfort.
Spending time with her children and friends brought Taylor happiness, and she did her best to create a life filled with connection and meaning. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her loyalty, and the love she showed in her own quiet ways.
A memorial service to celebrate Taylor’s life will be held with family and friends on Friday, January 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home.
Taylor Rae Valenzuela will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will continue to live on through the family and friends who carry her in their hearts.
