With heavy hearts, the family of Sharon Kay Null announces her passing on Thursday, November 27, 2025. Sharon passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on February 14, 1948, in Iowa, Sharon was the daughter of Harvey and Fern Derby.

Sharon was preceded in death by her son, Justine (Mike) Stone, and her parents, Harvey and Fern Derby.

She is survived by her daughter, Danielle Kirkland Perkins (Dustin) of Mineral Wells; her son, Richard Reese (Christy) of Stephenville, Texas; and her sister, Bobbie Brouse (Paul) of Willis, Texas.

Sharon is also survived by her grandchildren: Shana Knight (Michael) of Florida; Maranda Young (Nick) of Stephenville; Alyssa Reese (Mykala) of Fort Worth; Tisha Stone (Kevin) of Graford; Ivan Aguayo (Elisa) and Grant Perkins, both of Mineral Wells.

Her great-grandchildren include Michael D., Alyvea, Titan, Royal, and Legacy Knight of Florida; Gabriel, Kenzleigh, Lynlee, and Whitley of Graford; Myla, Truett, and Tristan of Stephenville; and Destini and Aubri of Mineral Wells.

She also leaves behind a niece and nephew of Willis, Texas, as well as close friends Betty Fox, Denice Wolfe, and Michelle (Joe) Jacquez—each of whom held a special place in her heart.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Cowboy Church of Mineral Wells, located at 1300 FM 1821, Mineral Wells, Texas, with services officiated by Dr. Devin Gulliford, Pastor.

Arrangements are under the direction of Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cowboy Church of Mineral Wells.
