Richard Irving Loller Jr. was born on October 15, 2021, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Richard was a devoted husband, amazing father, and loving grandfather. He never shied from lending a helping hand when needed and always put others before himself. Richard proudly served in US Army and later retired and continued his service as a police officer.

Richard will be remembered for his huge heart and will be deeply and lovingly missed by everyone who knew him.
