In Loving Memory of Reno Los Gipson

1971 - 2025

Reno Los Gipson, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025, at the age of 53. Born on August 10, 1971, in Fort Worth, Texas, Reno lived a life full of warmth, service, and love.

A dedicated professional in the service industry, Reno was known for his unwavering work ethic and the ever-present smile that brightened the days of those around him. He brought joy and kindness to every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on coworkers and customers alike.

Reno had a deep love for his family, and nothing brought him more happiness than spending time with them. He was a proud father to his two sons. He found peace and excitement in the simple pleasures of life—especially fishing, a favorite pastime that allowed him to connect with nature and those he loved. In recent years, he found a new passion in the game of pickleball, embracing the sport with the same enthusiasm and heart he brought to all his endeavors.

Reno is survived by his wife, Carmen Gipson; his sons, Gavin Gipson and his fiancée Paige, and Kagen Gipson and his fiancée Brooke; his mother, Donna Burton, and her husband Carl Burton; his brother, Joseph Gipson; and his nephew, Curtis Gipson. He is also remembered fondly by a wide circle of extended family and friends who cherished his presence in their lives.

A memorial service to honor Reno's life will be held at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Friday May 30th @ 2:00 PM, located at 850 N. Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020.
