Michelle Theriot
1982 – 2019

Michelle Rene Theriot passed away to be with the Lord on September 8, 2019. Michelle was born on July 16, 1982 to her parents, William Joseph Theriot and Sandra Ann Seay-Theriot in Fort Worth, Texas.  Michelle grew up in Haltom City and remained there until 2005 when she moved to Richland Hills. Michelle had many aspirations. Her kind heart and compassion led her into Nursing School, where she had hoped to complete her Registered Nursing degree. However, health reasons would keep Michelle from completing her program.  Michelle moved to Dallas in 2012 and resided there until her passing.

Michelle will be deeply and lovingly missed by her loving family members and dear friends.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM.  Services held at Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Home, 850 North Cardinal Road, Azle, Texas 76020.
