Michelle Virginia Padilla

1989 -2022

Michelle Virginia Padilla was born on October 15, 1989, in La Mirada, California to Christine May Nelson and Alfred Louie Padilla. Michelle was baptized in 2018 by pastor Nathan Kossell bringing her closer to God. During her life, she attended cosmetology school, leading to her passion for doing hair. Michelle was extremely crafty and loved to scrapbook, sew, and draw. She had the prettiest handwriting and loved the color purple. Above all, the love Michelle had for her family was held at an all-time high.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cara Hawkins, and grandfather, R.D. Nelson, or as she called him "Papa."

Michelle leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Hayden Hawkins, Maci May, and Blakely J.; mother, Christine May Nelson; brother, Louie Padilla; partner, John Hawkins; grandmother, Virginia Nelson; brothers, Alfred Jr. Padilla, Johnny Padilla, Orlando Padilla, Danny Padilla; sisters, Rachel Casioce, Angela Padilla, and Christina Padilla; John Hawkin's mother, Nancy Hawkins and her husband Harvey Martin; and a host of extended family and friends.
