In loving memory of Meliton Alvarez, born on April 30, 1948, left this world on September 30, 2023.

He was a cherished husband, dad, grandpa, and an important presence in the lives of many. Preceding him in passing were his beloved wife, Carmen Alvarez, and his beloved son, Cesar Alvarez.

Meliton is survived by his daughter, Luisa Alvarez, and his son, David Alvarez, both of whom he loved unconditionally. He also leaves behind a legacy of wonderful grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life, April Bond, Alex Ruiz, Amy Ruiz, Cesar Alvarez, Jr., Jennifer Alvarez, Claudia Alvarez, and his great-grandson, Josiah Bond. Meliton is also survived by his sister, Luisa Alvarez. He lovingly cared for her children as if they were his own and leaves behind fond memories with Oscar Alvarez, Yvonne Hernandez, Marco Alvarez, Miguel Alvarez, and Claudia Alvarez.

In his final moments, Meliton was surrounded by those who held him in deep affection. As he embarks on a new journey, we hope he finds peace, and we will forever hold him close in our hearts. Though he's not with us, his memory will stay alive, and we wish him eternal rest. Meliton will be fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
