Mary Frances Goodell

1940 - 2022

Mary Frances Goodell, of White Settlement, went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2022 due to medical complications.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022, at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Chapel beginning at 1:00 PM with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:00 PM.  Interment will be held at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park.

Mary was born on January 20, 1940 in Fort Worth, Texas to AJ and Etta Mae Osburn Hogue. From a young age, she had a passion for gardening which carried into her later years.  Mary enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and constant companion, her cat. Bo.  She was active in her church, First Baptist of Lake Worth, and her faith never wavered.  Mary's heart of gold will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

Mary has been reunited with her husband, Oscar Goodell; brother, Ralph Hogue; and sister, Barbara Cantrell, in God's Eternal Kingdom.
She will be deeply and lovingly missed by her son, Barney Goodell; daughter, Dana Robertson and husband, Lannie; son, Tim Goodell and wife, Susie; daughter, Robin Ferguson; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
