Lydia Anne Chupik-Waters

1918 - 2020

Lydia Anne Chupik-Waters was born on June 27, 1918 in Tokio,Texas to her parents Katarin "Katie" and Stephan Chupik.  Lydia went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 20, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.  Lydia was 101 years and 9 months old when she entered the Kingdom of Heaven to be reunited with her husband, Raymond Dee Waters, who preceded her into the Kingdom by almost 31 years.

Lydia was a faithful servant to the Lord and was a member of Evans Avenue Baptist Church which was renamed Southcliff Baptist for a total of 79 years.

Lydia is survived by her four children, which were both sets of twins.  Lydia has two daughters, Jonni White of Mineola, Texas and Cheryl Lussem and her husband, Mike of San Antonio, Texas.  Lydia's two sons are David Waters and his wife, Debbie of Arlington, Texas and Douglas Waters and his wife, Cheri of Thousand Oaks, California.

Lydia also leaves behind her seven adoring grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 10:15 AM at Greenwood Cemetery followed by a Graveside Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.

Due to COVID 19, service will be limited to family only.
