Lindana Cushman Smith, 72, of Fort Worth, TX, passed away on March 19, 2022.
She was diagnosed with Dementia at the end of 2019 and the disease aggressively took her over.

Lindana, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, leaves behind an imprint of her faith in Jesus Christ.   She was always immensely proud of her family.

Lindana is survived by her children, Brady Lee Redding, and Jeremy Lee Redding; her brothers, Daniel Cushman, and James Cushman; her sister, Regina Gray; grandchildren, Dillon Redding, Ethan Redding, and Charlie Redding; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dan Cushman and Madelyn Dobbs Cushman.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Chapel beginning at 2:00 PM.
