IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda Effie
Guisinger
October 2, 1947 – September 29, 2021
Linda Effie Guisinger, 73, passed away on September 29, 2021.
Linda was born on October 2, 1947 to her parents, Lloyd Ames and Vanilla (Nellie) Crabtree in London, Ohio. In December of 1960, she met the love of her life, Earl Franklin Guisinger Jr. The two married on February 1, 1964. Earl served in the Air Force, allowing the couple to travel around the world. While traveling, they had three children, Earl Guisinger III, Cindy Coleman, and Andrew Guisinger. Linda dedicated her life to caring for her husband and children, all while obtaining various jobs, such as working at Springtown ISD and national samples. In 1998, Earl passed away, leaving Linda to devoting her time to caring for her mother, children and grandchildren. She was able to watch each of her children grow into adulthood and bless her with her 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren with two more on the way.
Linda had a deep dedication to Jesus and put all her faith in Him. She had a huge heart with so much love to give. Linda was passionate about her family and never failed to show them how much she cared about each one of them. She enjoyed the simple things in life, such as watching deer on a cool morning while camping. When Linda was home, she could be found building puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune or watching Blue Bloods. For her last big adventure, she was able to sit on the Beach of Port Aransas and watch the waves crash over her legs.
Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in passing by her husband of 37 years, Earl Guising Jr.; her parents, Lloyd Ames and Vanilla Crabtree; and her youngest son, Andrew Guisinger.
Linda will be deeply and lovingly missed by her son, Earl Guisinger and wife, Stephanie Sanders; her daughter, Cindy Bertoni and husband, Lee; daughter-in-law, Tonya Guisinger; eight grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Samantha, Aaron, Amber, Emily, Cameron, and Andrew; eight great-grandchildren and two on the way; and her close extended family, Jimbo and Kimberly Cullen, Brittney, Ben, Malaki, and Nova.
