Lewana Sue Gibbs 1937-2021

Lewana Sue Gibbs, 84, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 17,2021.

Lewana was born on April 19, 1937, to her parents, William Clendening and Mary Clendening in Haslet, TX. Lewana was a kind woman always ready to lean a helping hand to anyone, she was family oriented and loved being around her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Lewana was an avid book reader and she loved sharing books with her granddaughter, she also enjoyed putting puzzles together and creating jewelry for family and herself.

Lewana is reunited with her husband, Donald Gibbs; son, James Robert Gibbs; brothers Randy and Joseph Clendening and his wife Martha; sister Tommye Sharpton.

She will forever be in the hearts of her two sons, Jerry Gibbs,Kevin Gibbs; two daughters, Audie Jo Gibbs, Mary Drennan; grandchildren Michael, Amanda, Lejuana, Sami, Brittany, Madison and Mikayla; nine great-grandchildren; brother William (Bill) Clendening, nieces, nephews, and several cousins and loved ones. She was a very loved woman and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
