Landon Wade Hernandez

1989 – 2020

Landon Wade Hernandez went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born on November 30, 1989 to his parents, Shelley G. Hernandez and Rick Hernandez in Fort Worth, Texas.

Landon graduated Boswell High School and attended AP in all his classes. He enjoyed playing X-Box and was exceptionally good at it.

Landon will be deeply and lovingly missed by his mother, Shelley Hernandez; his father, Rick Hernandez; his sister, Chelsea Hernandez; his niece, Annalysia Briones, his nephew, Emmanuel Briones; his grandfather, Lupe Hernandez; his aunts, Alice Hernandez, and Irene Hernandez; his uncles, Mario Hernandez, and Paul Hernandez; along with other loving family members and friends.

Our beloved son we love you. You are going to be missed. Tear from heaven…

A visitation  will be held on Thursday, January 07, 2021 at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home  beginning at 1:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM

Interment at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park.
