In Loving memory of Judith Willene Brown

1941 - 2023

Judith Willene Brown, born January 25th, 1941, passed from this life on October 16, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Brown; her mother, Wessie Brown; and her baby brother, Douglas Brown.

She will forever be remembered and cherished by her daughter, Sherri Johnson; her son, Eric Johnson; his son, Jack Johnson; her sister-in-law, Christine Brown; nephew, Scott Brown; his son, Alex Brown; and especially her beloved constant companion and comforter-in-chief, Boogerbear. In addition to her family, Judith is also memorialized by the many friends who were as family to her.

Judith had a magnificent heart which was open to all those she met.  It is impossible to summarize her life, but she had a passion for reading, music, the performing arts and her loved ones among uncountable other interests. She loved being Catholic and prayed daily for all those she loved.  Judith believed music was food for the soul.  She was generous beyond measure. Judith was a mighty soul who lived with grace and graciousness, and we were all blessed to have known her.

A Graveside service will be held on October 20, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park.
