Joseph Adragna III, born on February 26, 1974, in Garden Grove, California, passed away recently, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and service. He was a proud Air Force veteran, having enlisted on January 21, 1999, and achieving the rank of Operations Support SQ (AMC) before his discharge on January 20, 2003. Joseph distinguished himself as a Graduate of the Aircrew Life Support Apprentice Program and earned accolades including the 2000 Air Mobility Command Outstanding Aircrew Life Support Airman of the Year. As a committed law enforcement officer, Joseph served honorably with the Westover Hills Police Department. He was a member of the Los Angeles Police Department Sworn Officer Class of 2003 serving over 22 years, where he received several certifications, including the USSS Counter Terrorism Certificate and training and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's Jimmy Ryce Law Enforcement Training. His contributions to community safety extended through various programs, such as the Impaired Driver Apprehension Program and LAPD Tactical Application training. Outside of his professional commitments, Joseph had a passion for adventure. He loved paramotoring and traveling in his RV. He was known for his adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for life.

Joseph loved people and would share his faith with others and lead them in their walk with Jesus. He had the kindest heart and truly loved others.

Joseph is survived by his devoted spouse, Tara Adragna, and his beloved daughter, Marissa Adragna. If you knew Joe, you knew his love for them both. Joseph's remains will be cremated, and his family will announce a memorial service to honor his life and legacy in the near future. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. Joseph was preceded in death by: Joseph Adragna, Jr., Connie Johnson, and Anthony Adragna
