In Loving Memory of Jonathan Ray Kinman

1999 - 2025

Jonathan Ray Kinman passed from this life on October 12, 2025, at the age of 26 years old.

He was born 2 months early on Feb 18, 1999, at a whopping 1 lb 10.7 oz of pure stubbornness. After two months in the hospital, and after beefing up all the way to 3.5 lbs, he was finally able to go home to be with his family full time.

After moving around some, Jonathan settled into life in Millsap, TX with his Granny and PawPaw. He attended Millsap ISD for a number of years, where, with the help of their amazing special education department, he thrived. After his time in Millsap, he would go on to graduate from South Grand Prairie High School.

Jonathan was pretty much a one man show. He had a big personality and could be incredibly witty and funny, but only on his own terms. He would quote lines from his favorite tv shows with perfect comedic timing. He also loved telling knock-knock jokes so much that he would often crack himself up, slapping his knee like an old man. He also liked quiet time to himself when he would study maps or phone books for hours on end. He loved wrestling with his Pawpaw and spending sweet time of any kind with his Granny. He was the "little big brother" to his younger sister Alyssa, who helped care for him for a large part of his life.

Jonathan is dearly missed by the family and friends he has left behind. We find comfort in believing he has been reunited in heaven with his favorite person, his Auntie Jen.

Jonathan will be having a funeral service, Friday, November 7th @ 11:00 AM at Millsap Baptist at 209 Locust Rd, Millsap, TX 76066. Following his service, the interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery, located at 2400 Fairview Rd, Millsap, TX 76066.
