IN LOVING MEMORY OF
John Alvie
Albright Sr.

John Alvie Albright Sr.
1983 -2023
John Alvie Albright Sr., 39, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2023, in Ashtola, Texas. He was born on November 23, 1983, in Fort Worth, Texas to Wayne Wesley Albright and Kelly Dawn Post.
John had a larger-than-life personality and was sure to keep the laughs coming with the jokes he would tell. He was known as a "Mr. Fix It" and spent many hours working on vehicles and trucks. John enjoyed telling stories and talking trucks with anyone who would take the time to listen. He had a wide knowledge of automotive information and could name the brand of each 18-wheeler that passed or the make and model number of each muscle car he saw. John enjoyed being on the water fishing, but it is known that he could not catch a fish if his life depended on it, but he sure loved to try. Wherever he went, John always wanted to look his best wearing boots, jeans and a button-down shirt. He loved modern country music and rock and roll. John was a very caring, determined, and loving man. His dog, Bruce Almighty, held a special place in his heart. Above all, John adored his family and never failed to show each and everyone of them just how much he loved them.
John has been reunited with his mother, Kelly Post; father, Wayne Albright; stepdad, Walter McCormick; uncles, Mark and Norman Post; and his grandmother, Nancy, in God's Eternal Kingdom.
He will be deeply and lovingly missed by his children, John Albright Jr., Stormie Albright, Lucas Albright and Zane Voight; his grandmother, Vivian Whisnant; stepmother, Josephine Albright; cousins, Haley and Greg Albright; best friend, Chris Casey; his uncle, John Post; and a host of family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Azleland Cemetery and Memorial Park.
