Jane S. Seymour, 60, passed away on January 10, 2021.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 22, 2021, at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home beginning at 1:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.  Interment will be held at Azleland Cemetery.

Jane was born on May 7, 1960 to Wayne Henry and Mildred Walker in Aurora, IL.  She had a heart full of love.  Jane was sensitive, patient and understanding.  She would give her last dollar to help someone in need.  Jane loved music and loved to serve others.  She was a mother to everyone and could cook some of the best meals.  Her  kindness and generosity will always be remembered by those who knew her.

Jane is preceded in passing by her parents.

She will be deeply and lovingly missed by her daughters, Sarah Wellman (Matt), Renee Northrup, Heather Shaw (Justin), and Lauren Seymour; grandchildren, Zoe, Rheanne, Morgan, Bo, Elijah, Emily, Eliana, Jaden and Preston; and a host of loving friends.
