Hazel Ann Day

1940 - 2023

Hazel Ann Day of Saginaw, Texas went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2023 joining her husband, Richard Allen Day, and son, Gary Choate.

Hazel has been restored to perfect health after a long battle with C.O.P.D. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Hazel is survived by her children, Coy Choate and wife, Janie, Danny Choate and wife, Lori, and Amanda Ethridge and husband, Jake; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, step-children, Holly Day and Paul Day, as well as their children; brother, Weldon Fewell; sisters, Donna White and Charlotte Hastings; and a host of extended family and friends.
