In Loving Memory of Gerald Don Mote

1942 - 2025

Gerald Don Mote, 82, made his arrival in heaven on Friday, January 3, 2025. He was born on November 6, 1942, in Dublin, Texas to Lloyd and Reta Sanderfer-Mote. He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Reta, brothers, Charles and George and sisters Charlene and Cora Sue. Gerald married the love of his life on April 7th, 1961, in Purvis, Texas; they were married for 63 years and have three children. Gerald was a lifelong faithful church member and was always full of joy, ready to say something funny and willing to help serve others. Gerald is survived by his wife, Faye, his daughter Patricia and her husband Kevin, his son Jonathan and wife, Tammy, daughter Khristina and husband Ty. Gerald also has nine grandchildren and eight great grands that are each one special to him. Gerald will be dearly missed for his joyful laughter, love of his family and his love of the Lord.
