Francisco was born to his parents, Armando Garcia and Virginia Rogers on January 20, 1972 in Fort Worth, Texas. Francisco will be missed by many and his memory will forever live in our hearts. He is preceded in death by Virginia Rogers Soto. He is survived by his wife, Lynette Garcia; his two daughters, Cynthia and her husband, Dee Tamayo and Lauren and her husband Zaire Hall; his sister, Becky De La Rosa husband Marcelino Lozano; his brothers, Robert Pena, Felix Martinez Jr and Anthony Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews; his loving mother-in-law, Linda Campbell and stepfather, Arthur Campbell along with other loving family and friends.
