Frances Ann Renegar

February 23, 1941 — February 25, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frances Ann Renegar, who departed this life on February 25, 2026, just two days after celebrating her 85th birthday. Frances leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and grace that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Frances's journey through life began on February 23, 1941, and it was a remarkable one. At the tender age of 14, she met her soulmate, Richard Renegar, at Trimble Tech High School in Fort Worth. Their love story blossomed into a beautiful 60-year marriage marked by unwavering dedication and shared dreams. In 2019, Richard's passing left a profound void in Frances's life, yet she demonstrated extraordinary resilience, honoring his memory while nurturing her family with the same love and care they built together.

As a devoted mother to her three children-Debra, Darren, and Darrell-Frances fostered a warm and loving home. She was not only a nurturing figure but also a cherished confidant to her children and daughters-in-law, Dawn and Andrea. Frances carried her love across state lines to Missouri, where her daughter Debra resides, and she treasured every moment she spent with her grandsons, Robbie and Richard Beebe. Frances's enthusiasm for family gatherings, ball games, and unforgettable trips to Six Flags created cherished memories that her family will hold close to their hearts.

A skilled cosmetologist, Frances embraced her profession with passion, but for her clients, she was much more than just a stylist; she was a source of comfort, friendship, and heartfelt conversation. Her chair became a sanctuary for many, where she built lasting connections and a community that adored her.

Frances lived a life of unwavering faith, a devoted Christian who followed the teachings of the Seventh-day Adventist doctrine. Her faith was reflected in her daily actions, and her love extended to all of God's creatures, particularly the stray dogs and cats that found their way into her heart and home.

In her final years, Frances was surrounded by unwavering support from her sister Gaye and brother-in-law Gary, who were steadfast companions in her life journey. Their presence brought her comfort and companionship that enriched her days.

We will gather to honor Frances Ann Renegar on March 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM for a graveside service at Azleland Memorial Park. This service will be a celebration of a life well-lived, an opportunity for family and friends to share their memories, and a moment to reflect on the profound impact she had on all of our lives. Together, we will remember Frances: her laughter, her kindness, and the unwavering love she shared with all of us. May she rest in peace, forever embraced by the warmth of her heavenly home, reunited with Richard once more.
