Erica Marie Rodriguez

1983 - 2022

Erica Marie Rodriguez, beloved mother, sister, and friend, went to be with the Lord on December 27, 2022.  She was born on October 22, 1983 to Pedro Ochoa Rodriguez Sr. and Minnie Palacios Rodriguez in Lubbock, Texas.  From a young age, Erica's larger than life personality was shown.  She was always the life of the party and never failed to keep those around her laughing.  Erica had a contagious smile and brought so much joy to everyone.  Her vibrant and hilarious personality made it easy for her to make friends everywhere she went.  She loved listening to music and dancing around the house while she was cooking and cleaning. Above all, Erica adored her family and never ceased to show her love every chance she had.  She will be deeply missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her.
Erica has been reunited with her parents, Pedro and Minnie, in God's Eternal Kingdom.
She will be deeply and lovingly remembered by her children, Aaliyah Nevaeh Rodriguez and Aubrey Marie Kretow; siblings, Gilbert Rodriguez, Pete Rodriguez Jr., Olivia Rodriguez Chavez (or as Erica called her, Olma) and husband, John E. Chavez, Robert A. Rodriguez, Albert Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez, and Cynthia Rodriguez; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Chapel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:30 PM.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Roberts-Martinez Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM.
