Elizabeth Perez Hernandez went to be the Lord on April 5, 2021.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Chapel beginning at 9:00 AM with a Funeral Service following at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be held at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park immediately after.

Elizabeth was born on August 16, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas to Emilio Herrera and Maria Perez.  She was a proud mother and dedicated her life to her children.  Elizabeth enjoyed teaching them new things like dancing. She enjoyed being outdoors taking walks, sitting on the porch, and taking her children to the lake.  Elizabeth had a sweet tooth and loved indulging in her pecan pie with a soda.  She instilled in her children to take time and enjoy the small things life had to offer such as the beauty of a sunflower or the  peacefulness of a quiet morning on the porch with coffee in hand.  Elizabeth loved her children, but her heart was truly full when she became a grandmother.  She spent hours playing the kids and spoiling everyone around her.  Elizabeth's pure heart will be missed by all.
