Edwin Eugene Lawrence, beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away on January 13, 2022.

Ed was born on December 27, 1942, in Fort Worth, Texas to Elmer and Billie Lawrence.  Ed was an avid fisherman and devoted Christian.   He enjoyed trips to the casino, fishing and vacationing with family and friends.  Ed was a proud father of 3 daughters, 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 2 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson.

Ed was preceded in passing by his father, Elmer Lawrence; mother, Billie Lawrence; and younger sister, Linda Sue White.

He is survived by his brother, John Lawrence; sister, Jean Ann Dingman; children, Christy Van Meter and husband, Daniel, Kerry Wigen, and Cherie Lambright and husband, Patrick; grandchildren, Ryan English, Kyle Sperry, Haden Downs, Liam Sperry, Bailey Downs and Hannah Sperry; great grandchildren, Addison English, Bentley English and Carlee English; and a host of loving friends.
