Earlene Juanita Flowers
1925 - 2018

Earlene Juanita Flowers, of Boyd passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018.   Earlene was born on April 6, 1925 in Rosedale, Oklahoma.  Earlene was very devoted to her family and her Lord.  She worked as a nurse for many years at the Hospital in Decatur.  She had a big heart and passion for helping others.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend to many.  Though the family is saddened by their loss, they celebrate the wonderful life lived and find comfort in knowing she is with our Savior in the Eternal Kingdom of Heaven.

Earlene is survived by her husband of 44 years, Virgil Flowers; her son, Darryl Erwin and wife Kathleen; her daughter, Karen Long and husband Mark; her son, Tony Erwin; her daughter, Linda Humphries and husband Doug; her son Randall Erwin and wife Karen; her step Daughter Donna Flowers; her fifteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grandchildren; her brother, Bob Erwin and wife Carolyn; her sister Lusha Lester and husband Skippy; many nieces and nephews along with other loving family members and friends.

Earlene is preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Pender; her grandparents, John and Dora Pender and her daughter, Sheri Erwin.
