Donald Glenn Mayberry, born on November 18, 1937, to Glenn and Meredith Mayberry, He was born in Harper, Kansas. His family consisted of his parents, his grandmother, Minnie Stout and a big brother named Maynard. He passed away peacefully on May 16, 2026. He is survived by his devoted wife, Judith Mayberry; his children, Angela Mundt, Tiffany Mayberry, Jason Mayberry, Melissa Stutz, Alicia Ollila, and Matthew Mayberry. He was a dedicated family man as he cherished his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Don earned his Master's degree and enjoyed a successful career as a mathematician in the computer industry, working at Sun Oil Company. His keen mind and dedication to his profession were evident throughout his career, and he made a significant impact on those who had the pleasure of working alongside him.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Don had a profound love for nature and he enjoyed all sports. He was an avid weightlifter and took great pride in maintaining his physical fitness. He also enjoyed pheasant hunting near his hometown with his older brother. Don enjoyed family gatherings and the holidays. A man of deep integrity, he upheld strong spiritual values and was known for his honesty and kindness. Don deeply loved and cherished every moment spent with his family. We will continue to honor his memory.
His legacy of love, dedication, and strength will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him and loved him. He will be missed.
