Obituary

Dona Lyn Steen Honeycutt was born August 22, 1967, in Fort Worth, Texas. She passed away on September 28, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Dona graduated from Castleberry High School in 1985. She worked as a licensed Insurance Agent for 12 years where she led the leaderboard for top of sales for a majority of them.  Dona served on the Board of Directors of Fort Worth Association of Insurance Agents and was voted "Who's-Who" of Insurance Agents.  She loved to cook and play spades.  Dona spent countless hours watching Star Trek, but above all she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

Dona is preceded in passing by her father, Robert Olin Steen; mother, Sandra Park Conroy; stepfather, Rogers Conroy, Sr.; and her brother, Robert O. Steen, Jr.

She will be deeply and lovingly missed by her loving husband, David Honeycutt of Azle, Texas; bonus-daughter, Morgan Honeycutt of Azle, Texas; bonus-son, Mark Honeycutt of Azle, Texas; sister, Krystal Steen of Fort Worth, Texas; brothers, David Steen, Michael Steen, and Rogers Conroy of Fort Worth, Texas; step-mother, Alice Steen of Fort Worth, Texas; grandchildren, Wrenley and Laiken of Azle, Texas; and a host of extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 7, 2022, at Azle & Lakeworth Funeral Home beginning at 9:00 AM, with a funeral service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Azleland Cemetery and Memorial Park.
