IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dixie Lee
Pilon
November 21, 1951 – December 12, 2020
Dixie Lee Pilon went to the Lord on December 12, 2020.
The family will hold an intimate, private graveside service at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park.
Dixie was born on November 21, 1951 in Lincoln, Nebraska to William and Beverly Pilon. From such a young age, her family knew she was "God's special child." Dixie had a love for all people and a contagious laughter. She had a way of throwing random words together that made absolutely no sense, but would make everyone around her laugh. Dixie was a free spirit, and had no shame showing off her awesome dance moves. She took her role as big sister very seriously, and never failed to let her younger sister know she was not pleased with something they did by pointing her finger at them and saying "HEY! Before every meal and going to sleep, Dixie had a special way of folding her hands while praying. She loved a good cup of coffee and good old country music, but her love for the Lord was so much greater. Dixie couldn't wait to be reunited with her momma again. She was a true light in everyone's lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Tim Tebow foundation at timtebowfoundation.org in memory of Dixie Lee Pilon.
