Delores Pennington, 65, went to be with the Lord on March 30, 2021.

Visitation will be held at Boyd Cemetery on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 10:00 AM and followed by a Graveside Service at 11:00 AM.

Delores was born on February 16, 1956 in Denton, Texas to the late Gus and Vera Smith Rasberry.  In 1995, she married her loving husband, John Pennington.  Delores loved to serve others.  She found work in caring for others, whether it be cleaning, cooking, or helping them with general needs.  Delores enjoyed her quiet time, and cherished every moment she got to spend at home relaxing with her husband and her dogs.

She is preceded in passing by her parents; brother, Warn Lee; and her sister, Linda.

Delores will be deeply missed by her husband, John Pennington; son, Tubercio Rasberry; step-sons, Josh, Shawn, and Wes; brothers, Calvin, Bobby, and Mike; and a host of extended family and friends.
