Obituary for Colton Lee Crow
1996 – 2025

Colton Lee Crow, 29, of Azle, Texas, passed away on October 7, 2025. Born on March 11, 1996, in Fort Worth, Texas, he was the beloved son of Kenny and Geneva Crow.

Colton was a light in the lives of all who knew him. Always smiling and full of life, his laughter was infectious and will be deeply missed. Though shy and quiet by nature, Colton had a unique ability to make people laugh once he felt close to them. His kindness, gentle spirit, and polite nature left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

From a young age, Colton had a love for the outdoors. Whether he was swimming, playing basketball in the driveway, or just soaking in the sun, he was happiest under the open sky. He was an exceptional swimmer—learning to swim at just 8 months old. Family and friends were always amazed to see him, as a baby, jump into the indoor pool without floaties, like a little fish. His love for water continued into adulthood, especially with vacations to Galveston and cruises to the ocean he so adored.

Colton was also a talented basketball player and could often be found shooting hoops at home. He shared many joyful family adventures—ski trips, vacations to Arkansas, and tubing down the snowy hill behind the house, one of his brother Casey's favorite memories.

His sister Kayla, who was nine when he was born, lovingly recalls dressing him up and placing him in her baby doll crib. To her, he was more than a brother—he was her baby, and she was like a second mom to him.

Colton's gentle soul made him especially great with children. He loved being an uncle to his nephew Caden and niece Kylie. Whether he was chasing them through the house, playing basketball or video games, or reading books, he shared countless treasured moments with them. His warmth extended to all children who were lucky enough to know him.

Colton is survived by his loving parents, Kenny and Geneva Crow; his brother Casey and wife Kellie Crow; his sister Kayla Crow; his cherished niece and nephew, Kylie and Caden Crow; as well as many extended family members and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Thresia and Jackie McLain, and Bud and Shirley Crow.

Colton's life will be honored with a public visitation on Wednesday, October 15th, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Chapel, located at 850 N. Cardinal Rd, Azle, Texas 76020.
