Cody Robert Hammersley, 34, passed away on March 12, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Chapel beginning at 2:00 PM.

Cody was born on March 31, 1986 in Fort Worth, Texas to Dana Hammersley.  In his younger days, Cody spent a lot of his time outdoors fishing.  He had a caring heart and would give the shirt off of his back to anyone in need.  Cody held a special place in his heart for his sister's and mother.  He will be remembered as a loving son, brother & friend.
