Caitlin Maria Deckman Wade, 29, passed away on May 6, 2020 in Fort Worth, TX.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 11, 2020, at Azle and Lake Worth Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service beginning at 3:00 pm.

Caitlin was born on April 22, 1991 in Kansas City, MO to Gary Patrick and Nancy Jean Deckman. She met Alan Wade in 2015 and instantly hit it off, becoming best friends. They remained close friends until 2018 when they decided to make it official. On December 18, 2018 Caitlin married Alan. She adored spending time with her new step-children, Shy, Justin, and Leala.  In her spare time, Caitlin enjoyed crafting, camping, and fishing. She loved dogs, kids, and her family.

Caitlin joins her grandparents, Elmer O. Deckman, Ken B. Chapman &  Mary Chapman.

Survivors include her loving husband, Alan Wade; step-children, Shy, Justin & Laela; parents, Gary and Nancy Deckman; siblings, Kyle and Olga Deckman; grandmother, Hazel I Deckman; in-laws, Glenn and Charissa Wade; and a host of loving friends.
