Shelton "Buz" Parsons passed away on May 21, 2020.  He was born at Carswell Air Force Base August 12, 1952 to Eugene Parsons and Mary Ellen May. Buz lived on many Air Force bases throughout his life, eventually serving in the Air Force. He was even on the Air Force Drill team. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. Buz enjoyed shooting, gardening, woodworking, cooking and fast cars, but his greatest passion was spending time with his family.

Buz is preceded in death by his mother, his father, his infant daughter, and his mother-in-law.

Buz is survived by his loving wife Lisa, his son, Josh Parsons (Ashley), his daughter Jenifer Smith (Dez), his brothers Paul Parsons (Janie) and David Parsons, his sister Carmen Felts (Buster), his grandchildren Hayden, William, Elijah, Deslond and Isaiah, his father-in-law, Ivan Turner, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Buz will be remembered fondly by all who knew him and he will be forever missed.
