In Loving Memory of Beverly Ann Clem

1935 - 2025

" Beverly Ann Clem ("Memaw"), age 90, of Azle, Texas, passed away peacefully at home on August 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on January 11, 1935, in Arlington, Texas, to Coleman Louis and Ethel Mae Spear, Beverly grew up in Arlington and married the love of her life, J.C. Clem, in 1952. Together they shared 73 wonderful years of marriage and raised two daughters.

Beverly will be remembered for her deep devotion to her family and faith, her cherished Sunday dinners, and her love of horseback riding, crochet, and gardening.

She is survived by her beloved husband, J.C.; daughters Elaine and her husband Ron McClain, and Marilyn and her husband George Stewart; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 27, from 5:00–8:00 p.m. at Azleland Funeral Home, 850 N. Cardinal Rd., Azle, TX 76098.

A celebration of Beverly's life will follow on Thursday, August 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Baptist Church of Haslet, 1200 FM-156, Haslet, TX 76052, with interment at Azleland Cemetery. "
