1953 – 2019

Steven Eugene Hubbard went to be with the Lord on November 3rd, 2019 in White Settlement, Texas. Steven was born on August 27, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri to his parents, Roy and Elva Lee Hubbard. Steven grew up in a loving family household, shared with his two brothers, Michael and Christopher Hubbard and his sister, Peggy Braswell. Steven met and later married the love of his life, Marquita Chaney and they shared forty-five years of love and laughter, raising their two daughters, Amber and Stacy.

Steven was a machinist by trade, who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing.  Steven's primary passion was his family. He loved spending time with them and enjoyed all their activities together. He even coached the girls’ softball teams and then later umpired both softball and baseball for many years.

Steven is survived by his mother, Elva Lee Hubbard; his loving wife, Marquita Chaney-Hubbard; his two daughters, Amber Allison and her husband, Ronnie and Stacy Chadek and her husband, Jeremy. Steven was deeply loved and will be deeply missed by his six grandchildren; Makaela Allison, Seth Allison, Jackson Brackeen, Jacob Hubbard, Payton Chadek and Megan Chadek; his step grandchildren; Tyler Allison, Wyatt Allsion, Tyler Chadek and Gage Chadek. Steven also had two very loved dogs, Bibi and Tater who will deeply miss him along with many more loving family members and friends. Steven is preceded in death by his father, Roy Hubbard.
