Sandra Luna McGinnis
1972 - 2019

Sandra Luna McGinnis was born August 24, 1972 in McAllen, Texas and returned to her Lord and Savior on July 23, 2019 at her home in Fort Worth, Texas.  Sandra was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Family meant everything to Sandra, and she cherished every moment with them.  She especially loved the holidays, as it gave her the opportunity to cook for both sides of her family at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Sandra graduated from Pascal High School and attended Phoenix University where her major was in

Business.  Sandra was employed at Ben E. Keith Foods, where she was an accounting supervisor.  Sandra loved her professional career and the people she worked with.  Sandra was loved by her co-workers and she thought of them as her family away from home.  Sandra was an incredibly giving person and shared with anyone who was in need, even at times in her life when she didn't have enough for herself.

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Ray McGinnis Jr.; her sons, Andrew McGinnis and Ray McGinnis III; her grandchildren, Breilynn and Brittany McGinnis; her brothers, Alex and David Luna; her sister, Veronica Esquibel and husband Jaime as well as their children, Samantha, Nicole, Cathrine and Celest; her father, Ben Bermea; her daughter-in-law, Brianna McGinnis; and her mother-in-law, Connie Gilley.

While the family is greatly saddened by the passing of Sandra, they rejoice that she is now re-united with her mother, Juanita Alverez and her brother Tony Bermea in her new home in The Kingdom of Heaven.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Azle Funeral Chapel at 850 N. Cardinal Rd in Azle, Texas.  A Visitation will be from 9 AM until 11 AM followed by the Funeral Service at 11 AM.  A Graveside Committal service will follow immediately after the Funeral at Azleland Cemetery.
