1992 – 2018

Roderick Lee Brunswick went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2018. Roderick was born in Fort Worth, Texas on November 21, 1992 to his parents, Roger Lee Brunswick Jr. and Sheri Lynn Hill.

Roderick was an active young man, he enjoyed playing basketball and showing off his dance moves; but what he loved most was spending time with his children, nieces and nephews. He cherished the memories that were made. Roderick was proud that he had earned his GED despite the obstacles put into his path. Roderick was a protector for his family and those that could not protect themselves. He was a beloved father, son and brother.

Roderick is survived by his mother, Sheri Hill; his grandmother, Lavoynne Stolden; his siblings, Stacey Brunswick, Shavon Brazier, Sherell Brazier, Lavoy Hill; his children, D’Niya Brunswick, and Jaydun Brunswick; his cousins: Vincent Stolden, Brittany Stolden, Khalif Stolden, Kevin Stolden Jr., Milihka Stolden, Roosevelt Stolden IV, Shanell Davis, Alexus Stolden, Rashad Stolden; his uncles, Roosevelt Stolden III, Kevin Stolden Sr., Vincent Stolden Sr., Michael Hill, Victor Hill; his aunt, Bonita Haley; along with many other loving family members and dear friends.

Though he was taken from us too soon we are comforted in the Lord’s embrace during this time. Roderick is reunited with his cousin and best friend Joshua Clopton, he will be missed dearly.
