Robert Lewis died peacefully on July 10, 2019. He was Originally from Washington DC but resided in Azle since 1977. He was retired from the US Air Force and Azle Independent School District. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, and 4 daughters: Marie Alspaugh and husband Bill (grandchildren Amy Arden and Annabel Lee), Elizabeth Williams (grandchild Jeremiah Johnson), Barbara Stephens and husband James (grandchildren Shawn Stephens and Angela Simpson), Deborah Shy and husband Lan (grandchildren Maggie and Henry). He was proceeded in death by his daughter, Jean Lowder, who is survived by her husband Craig Lowder (grandchildren Jennifer Buckhalter, Christy Lowder, Amy Pomeroy, Robert Lowder, and Kari Lowder). Robert’s legacy also includes many great-grandchildren. In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to Azle Professional Firefighter’s Association, Local 3627, 900 Lakeview Drive, Azle TX 76020
